What we take on

Five areas, argued in Arizona courts

We turn work down when it isn't ours. If your matter sits outside this list, say so in the form and we'll point you to someone who handles it.

I

Family law & divorce

Dissolution, legal decision-making, parenting time, relocation, and orders that need enforcing after the fact.

II

Immigration

Family petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, and removal defense.

III

Personal injury

Vehicle collisions, premises liability, and insurance disputes. No fee unless we recover.

IV

Wills, trusts & probate

Estate plans for Arizona's community property rules, plus informal and formal probate.

V

Business & contracts

LLC formation, operating agreements, commercial leases, and contract disputes under $250k.

After you press send

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

Same business day

We read it

An attorney — not an intake bot — reads what you wrote and replies with whether this is something we can help with.

Within the week

We talk it through

Thirty minutes, by phone or at the Central Avenue office. You leave knowing your options and what each one costs.

Only if you say so

We take the matter

A written fee agreement with a flat rate or hourly cap, so the number you agree to is the number you see.

The firm

A small practice, on purpose

MRS Law is four attorneys and two paralegals working out of one office in midtown Phoenix. Every matter is handled by the attorney you met with — files don't get handed down the hall, and you get a direct line rather than a queue.

We've practiced in Maricopa, Pima and Pinal County courts since 2007, and most of our work still arrives by referral from people we've represented before.
